What are the restrictions on growing at home?
Any Marijuana grown for personal use must be out of sight to the public, and be inaccessible to those under the age of 21. Each plant, both mature and immature, must be labeled with the following:
- Person's name
- Driver's license or ID number
- A label stating that the plant is being grown for personal use
- If the land is owned by another person, then the name of the owner If the person growing the plants does not own the land where they are growing, they must obtain the written permission of the landowner to grow the plants on that land.
