In 2021, HB 150 was approved by the Delaware House. The bill would legalize, tax and regulate marijuana for adult recreational use. The bill was further approved by the House Health and Human Development Committee in March of 2021. It was set for a final House vote on June 10 but the vote was suspended due to the need to work on further amendments.
