Does Guam have a medical registry system or ID card?
Yes, Guam keeps track of their medical marijuna patients.
Under ยง 122407
- The registry gives registry identification cards once the patient provides a written certification and pertinent information like their name, address, and telephone number. If there is a caregiver, their information will also be submitted.
- The Department shall approve or deny an application within thirty days of receipt.
- The Department may deny an application only if the applicant did not provide the information required
- If the Department determines that the information provided is false. A person whose application has been denied shall not reapply for 6 months from the date of the denial unless otherwise authorized by the Department.
- The Department shall issue a registry identification card within 5 days of approving an application, and a card shall expire one year after the date of issuance
