In the state of Wyoming, any gratuities or tips, regardless of whether they are offered by customer or invoiced by seller, are not considered to be taxable in any place where meals are regularly served to the general public.
Grocery Food
EXEMPT
In the state of Wyoming, any food which was intended for domestic home consumption is considered to be exempt.
