Your business must be registered with the Idaho Secretary of State and have a federal EIN number before you can apply for an Idaho Sales Tax Permit.
You need the following information to apply for an Idaho Sales Tax Permit:
Business entity (type of business),
Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN),
All owners' social security numbers,
Legal business name,
All owners' home addresses and phone numbers,
Date and state of incorporation
All previous account numbers in Idaho
